My name is Marshall Lock.
I have been active for a long time in the Orkney Islands,
at the northern tip of Scotland.
Now, together with my wife Yuki, I continue to create landscape paintings, objets d'art, emotional paintings,
and small sculptures in a lush corner of Tokyo.
I am very happy that you have come.
Creativity comes from the everyday, and the everyday is creation.
It is with this belief that we weave our days.
Our activities of making things and
creating beauty are also the stories of our lives.

We want to create art that connects with each and every one of your stories and lives. With this in mind, we continue to paint and create. Our name is Marshall & Yuki LOCK. We ran an atelier for many years in Scotland, UK. In 2022, we opened a small art studio called Shinra Bansho in Tokyo, run by a married couple.
